紹介

旭川医科大学大学院卒業後、道内を中心に循環器病学の医師として勤めたのちに、米国ハーバード大学研究員として3年間にわたり研究を行う。帰国後、旭川医科大学第一内科助教授を経て、2007年より現職。生命に直結する循環・呼吸・神経・腎の領域を医師キャリア形成の柱として据え、「元気が出る教室」を目指して、後進の教育に力を注ぐ。趣味は、エレベーターを使わずに毎日を過ごすことである。
