三叉神経痛・顔面けいれんに対する微小血管減圧術、髄膜腫や眼窩内腫瘍などの良性頭蓋底腫瘍、脳動脈瘤・もやもや病などの脳血管障害を専門とする。米国フロリダ大学で培った精密な外科解剖の知見と、綿密な術中神経モニタリングを生かし、症状改善・腫瘍制御・神経機能温存のバランスを重視した治療に取り組んでいる。臨床に加え、手術法や術中モニタリングに関する研究にも継続的に取り組み、WFNS Young Neurosurgeon Award、杉田賞など、国内外の賞を受賞している。
